Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Please note:
- Processing times may be extended during product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping Destinations
We proudly ship both domestically and internationally.
- Domestic Shipping: United States
- International Shipping: Available to select countries worldwide
If your country does not appear at checkout, international shipping to your location may not yet be available.
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using trusted carriers, including:
- UPS
- USPS
Carrier selection is determined by destination, package weight, and shipping method chosen at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Shipping destination
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Estimated Delivery Times (After Processing):
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
International
- Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
- Delivery times vary by country and customs processing
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to:
- Import duties
- Customs fees
- Taxes imposed by the destination country
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update once the package has been scanned by the carrier.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Natural disasters
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Sayansi Ufalme is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing:
- Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
- You may also file a claim with the carrier if applicable
We recommend shipping to a secure location.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
- Delays or losses resulting from address errors
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Returned to Sender / Unclaimed Packages
If an order is returned to us due to:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refusal by the recipient
- Unclaimed packages
The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at alchemy@sayansiufalme.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the original packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
