Domestic Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sayansi Ufalme. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a firm but fair returns policy designed to protect product integrity, hygiene, and customer trust.
All Sales Are Final on Used or Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or altered products, including but not limited to fragrances, oils, cosmetics, and skincare.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
1. Incorrect Item Received
If you received the wrong item due to a fulfillment error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will correct the issue at no additional cost.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the original packaging
We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
3. Ordering Errors (Customer Mistake)
We understand that mistakes happen. If you ordered the wrong item, you may request a return provided that:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Fragrances that have been sprayed or tested
- Items without original packaging or seals
- Sale, promotional, or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Orders returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
International Orders
At this time, international orders are final sale due to shipping costs, customs, and regulatory restrictions.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on international orders unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Countries We Ship To
Sayansi Ufalme currently offers international shipping to select destinations. Availability is reflected at checkout. If your country does not appear, we do not ship to your location at this time.
Products Available for International Shipping
At this time, international orders ship oil-based products only.
Alcohol-based perfumes are not available for international shipping due to carrier restrictions, customs regulations, and international transport requirements.
Order Processing Time
International orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Carriers
International orders are shipped using trusted carriers, including:
- UPS
- USPS (limited availability depending on destination and product type)
Carrier selection is determined by destination, package weight, and product classification. For certain regions, UPS may be the only available carrier to ensure safer transit, tracking, and customs handling.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin after order processing:
- Canada & United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Asia, Middle East & Africa: 7–21 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and local carrier handling.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, or local taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Sayansi Ufalme does not control customs assessments or clearance timelines.
Product Regulations & Import Restrictions
Cosmetics and fragrance products are regulated differently by each country.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for ensuring the products are permitted for import into your country
- Orders may be delayed, held, rejected, or seized by customs authorities
- Sayansi Ufalme is not responsible for regulatory restrictions imposed by the destination country
Final Sale on International Orders
All international orders are final sale.
Due to international shipping costs, customs regulations, and product integrity considerations, Sayansi Ufalme does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on international orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Seized Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Sayansi Ufalme is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We are also not responsible for:
- Packages delayed, held, or seized by customs authorities
- Orders refused, abandoned, or destroyed due to unpaid duties or taxes
- Delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or customs processing
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds. Additional shipping fees will apply if reshipment is requested.
